What data is collected
Only the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. For security and abuse-prevention purposes, the IP address from which the form is sent is also recorded.
Purpose
To answer your enquiry or request for information and, where appropriate, to prepare a quote. Your data will not be used to send you marketing communications, and no automated decisions will be made.
Legal basis
The consent you give by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if a professional relationship begins, the application of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, at most, one year from the last contact, unless a professional relationship begins, in which case it will be kept for the legally required periods.
Recipients
No data will be shared with third parties, except where required by law. The web hosting and email provider may have access to the data as a data processor, solely to provide its service.
Your rights
