Before writing a single line of code, we make sure we both know exactly where we're heading.

Analyse

We understand the problem and define the scope of the project: what needs to be done and, just as importantly, what doesn't.

Plan

We set the timeline and the milestones. We only start once we're both happy and comfortable with it.

Build

We build the project in deliveries you can see along the way, all the way to production.

The goal is to reach port safely. Client and provider are in the same boat, aiming for the same result.

About me

Hi, I'm Albert.

I'd describe myself as curious and persistent until things work exactly as intended. Methodical and realistic.

I've been in the industry for over 20 years. In companies I started out as an analyst and developer and, over time, moved into managing projects and people.

In 2017 I decided to change course: I took a sabbatical year, travelled, and started working freelance, which is where I am now. Everything I've learned over these years is what I bring to every project.

I work from Igualada (Barcelona, Spain) and I enjoy bridging business and technology: understanding what you need and turning it into software that works.
